In general, most imports from this sector worldwide are related to essential oils. The export of Iranian plants is welcomed to the world markets and this industry has a dynamic and active market in different countries. The very high sales of these products among people in different countries, including Germany, shows that people prefer the use of medicinal plants to chemical medicines.

In this regard, you should know that Iranian medicinal plants are exported from the country in the form of essential oils and essences, which are among the most common Iranian export plants, including cumin, chamomile, yarrow, black pepper, marshmallow, anise, thyme, asparagus, Hyssop, Astragalus, Turmeric, Angoze, Licorice and Bitter Express, Turpentine, Sugar, Henna, Lemongrass, Barijeh, Leaf, Salvia, Wild Celery (Clus), Persiavshan, Gaz Khansar (Angbin Gaz), Chicory Flowers, Ox Tongue Flowers, Mastic, Lavender, Fragrant leaves and much more.
At present, Iran exports these plants to many countries, of which Turkey, Russia, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Japan, Germany and China are the main buyers of Iranian medicinal plants.
